Using StudyFlow

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users under 18 should have parental consent.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You agree not to misuse the service or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways.
• StudyFlow is for personal educational use only.

Your Content

You own the notes and content you paste into StudyFlow. By using the service, you grant us permission to process your content through our AI systems to generate study plans. We do not claim ownership of your notes.

Subscriptions and Payments

• Free plans are available with limited features.
• Paid subscriptions (Pro, VIP) are billed monthly through Stripe.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of a charge.
• Plan limits reset on the 1st of each calendar month.

AI-Generated Content

StudyFlow uses AI to generate study plans and questions. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. Always verify important information with your teacher or textbook. StudyFlow is a study aid, not a replacement for actual learning.

Prohibited Uses

• Using StudyFlow to cheat on exams or academic assignments
• Sharing your account with others
• Attempting to reverse engineer or copy the service
• Uploading content that violates copyright or is inappropriate

Limitation of Liability

StudyFlow is provided "as is." We are not liable for any academic outcomes, data loss, or damages arising from use of the service. We do not guarantee specific grade improvements.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of StudyFlow after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
